Clinic Director & Aesthetic Practitioner. Paul is our Clinic Director, bringing over 15 years of experience in health, fitness, and aesthetics. Holding a BA (Hons) in Sports Medicine, Paul’s career began in the world of elite performance- working as part of the medical team at West Ham United Football Club, where he developed a deep understanding of anatomy, precision, and performance recovery. Transitioning into aesthetics, Paul has built a reputation for his natural yet transformative results, specialising in facial rejuvenation and lip enhancement. His clinical expertise and eye for detail ensure each treatment enhances balance, confidence, and harmony. As an international trainer for Korean aesthetic manufacturers, Paul shares his advanced techniques and treatment philosophy with practitioners across the globe. His unique combination of medical knowledge, artistry, and leadership underpins the clinic’s commitment to excellence and innovation in modern aesthetics.

Lead Aesthetic Trainer & Registered Nurse. Binafsha is a UK-registered nurse with an extensive clinical background, having worked in theatres at the world-renowned Great Ormond Street Hospital. With a Level 5 qualification in Aesthetics, she brings a wealth of experience from her career as a paediatric surgical nurse, where her gentle and calming approach earned her the trust of patients and colleagues alike. As our Lead Trainer, Binafsha also delivers international training in advanced aesthetic techniques, sharing her expertise with practitioners across the globe. She offers a comprehensive range of aesthetic treatments, with a particular specialism in thread face lifts, a field in which she has achieved mastery. Passionate about natural, confidence-boosting results, Binafsha ensures every client leaves feeling refreshed, balanced, and beautifully confident — never overdone. Her combination of surgical precision, artistry, and compassion defines her approach and makes her a standout figure in modern aesthetics.
