A patient said this at the reveal, straight after her appointment. It is a useful reminder that what you see on the day is not always the finished result. Many treatments need a little time to settle, and some can leave mild redness or swelling for a short while. We explain what to expect, day by day, before you leave the clinic, so nothing comes as a surprise.

That was one patient's answer when she was asked whether it hurt. Everyone's experience is different, and we would never promise that a treatment is painless. What we can promise is that we take our time, tell you what is coming next and stop whenever you need a breather.

This one came during a microneedling appointment. Plenty of people expect skin treatments to be uncomfortable, so it is lovely when a patient settles in and relaxes. A calm room and a practitioner who talks you through each step make a real difference.
"You're like the knowledge machine"
A patient said this to our nurse after a long run of questions. We love questions. A good consultation should leave you understanding exactly what a treatment involves, what it can and cannot do, and whether it is right for you at all. If you leave with more questions than answers, we have not done our job.
"Thank you for being lovely"
A patient said this on her way out, and it made our week. Kindness is not an extra. Feeling welcomed and listened to is part of good care, from the moment you arrive at reception to your aftercare follow-up.
