Who is Dr Tokhi?
Dr Ayaz Tokhi is a GMC-registered GP who works in NHS general practice and works with 65Beauty. His appointments are by video or phone, so you don’t need to come in.
How does the appointment work?
Book a time online and pay. For video, you’ll get a link; for phone, Dr Tokhi calls the number you give us at your booked time. Each appointment is 20 minutes.
How much does it cost?
A video appointment is £75 and a telephone appointment is £65, paid when you book. Any tests the doctor recommends are charged separately.
Can I get a prescription?
Prescriptions, tests, referrals and fit notes are at the doctor’s clinical discretion and aren’t guaranteed.
Is this instead of my NHS GP?
No. It’s a private appointment that sits alongside your NHS care. For emergencies, call 999; for urgent advice, call NHS 111.
How soon can I see a GP?
You can see Dr Tokhi’s next available times straight away when you choose a video or phone appointment, and book the one that suits you.
Do I need to live near Brentwood?
No. Appointments are by video or phone, so you can book from home wherever you are in the UK. Our Brentwood clinic is there if you also need a blood test or skin check.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move your appointment.
What details do you share with Dr Tokhi?
When you book, we share your name, contact details and date of birth with his clinic so he can see you. You’ll be asked to agree to this.
Do I need to fast before a blood test?
It depends on the test. We’ll tell you in advance.
How long do blood test results take?
It depends on the test and lab. We’ll give you a timeframe when you book.
Results vary. Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over and are subject to a consultation.
