Fixing Eden
What is Fixing Eden?
Fixing Eden is our free acne treatment project, designed to restore confidence for those suffering with severe acne.
Which Treatments are Involved?
In order to clear up acne and redness, we combine a mix of treatments to harness the best elements of each. This includes PRP (our key treatment!), Glutathione & vitamin drips, chemical peels, and more.
Each treatment varies depending on an individual's skin, as we aim to match your treatment to your needs.

What does each treatment mean?
-
PRP (Platelet-rich plasma) is our most effective treatment for skin. It heals acne, burns, scars, pigmentation, and redness... sounds magic, right? What if I told you it was ALL your own blood? That's right- PRP is simply when we draw your blood, which is then spun in a centrifuge to separate the plasma from your blood. This plasma, when injected and micro-needled into the skin, is your body's own healing properties, which is why it aids in clearing up all kinds of skin conditions.
-
Our chemical peels are chosen specifically for you. We have a variety of types we pick from, depending on your skin's needs, for example: acne-prone skin will have a different peel to skin with rosacea, and so on.
-
Vitamin IV drips are effective in making you glow from the inside out. Did you know that certain vitamins are incredible aids in clearing many skin problems? Furthermore, a huge issue people often have is getting the right amount- even with medication, it can take a while for your body to absorb fully. IV drips are very fast, and go straight into your body, meaning nothing is lost through your digestion. Glutathione is often given to you as a drip if you're part of this project. This is because it reduces inflammation and promotes skin healing, helping to lighten dark spots and improve skin texture.
As for at home, we also like to provide you with some PRP to put in skin cream, which means you can even use your PRP as a serum each morning and night! Other treatments we sometimes use include Vitamin sprays, or topical creams (most often Snow White cream).

What is the Story of Fixing Eden?
Project Fixing Eden began in August 2025, when our Clinical Director Paul noticed a consistent visitor outside our clinic. Though she would never come in, Eden would often stop to look at our leaflets outside. After spotting her a few times, Paul decided to take the risk and speak to her outside, asking if she was having problems with her acne. Eden explained how she had been on various treatments or years, but could never get rid of her severe acne, and how it had affected her confidence. After explaining how she felt she couldn't afford any more treatment, Paul stepped in and offered her the treatment, entirely free.
Eden took this offer with gratitude, and has since joined us on our TikTok livestreams and various platforms, explaining how acne changed her day-to-day life, and what us helping her has done.
We all felt incredibly moved by Eden, and were inspired to continue offering free acne treatments, as an ongoing project.
Eden is now nearing the final few weeks of her transformation, and has since become the namesake of our project!
